Green and Red Traffic Lights

 Is it just me or anyone else is annoyed when the car or the driver right in front; do not have the patience to wait for the green light before they let go of the break and starting moving. 

You can see them inching and inching while waiting for the green light. some will even take the pedestrian lane already. 

And then when the green light is on, they are not moving.

What is that?! It annoys me a lot. LOL 

Living Together = Saving Money

 I have this conversation with a co-worker this morning while we are all bitching (LOL!) about how expensive things are. Until we get to the point of talking about rents and all about utilities at home.

I told him that if probably I was not able to lock in my mortgage before interest rates became so crazy; I am probably pushed to sell my home and rent out a room somewhere. I just remembered the talked I have with my cousin. She said that she went as always on variable interest as she always do when she renewed her mortgage. And now she is having a hard time paying as her mortgage went from $400 per month to now $800. 

Oh my! should that been the case for me, one of my paycheque is not going to cover just the mortgage. 

Anyways, back to my co-worker. He told me that even though they (him and his girlfriend) are not sure about each other in the future; but, they have been dating for more than a year already; they decided to live together as they cannot afford to live on their own. And he said now, since both of them are working full time. with all the shared rent and expenses at home, they are back to be able to save a decent chunk of their income.

Well, I guess I need to look for a partner who would love to live in with me... LOL! 

Will you consider living in just to save money? 

2023 Job Hiring Issues

 Am I right to say that we are already a little bit past the height of pandemic? Since there are still some virus that is circulating I cannot really say that we are already over it.

Anyways, that is not the point of this post.

For two years now we are having  hard time looking for people who wants to work. And if we are lucky to find one, they do not last long. They easily get frustrated and quit.

What are people doing to be able to live and pay bills. I am puzzled because as for everyone to know, I am single, no kids and husband or boyfriend; yes I know what you are thinking... hehehehe... 

I own a home which is more affordable than paying rent, I only buy things that I need - the basic needs for that matter; yet, I need to keep my full time job to be able to meet these.

So, I am wondering; what are people doing to keep up with life's necessities? WHERE ARE THE WORKERS?!...

Wishing and Hoping

out of nowhere,

I told myself today;

And so,
