Gone Away...

Oh finally there is a way...

Let the rain hide it
Mix my tears
With the free flow of water...
So no one will know...

Soak my whole being
and later...
Drain all tears
Drain all fears
drain all sadness...

And when the rain is gone
and as the soil dries out,
May all of these negativity
Dry out all at the same time...

  9. Excellent! Rain washes away so much...and I like your idea at the end about negativity drying out too. Your words ring hopeful and true.

  10. I was taught in my creative writing class that writers use rain, as an image, to bring changes.
